SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS IS
NO LONGER POSSIBLE

• Participant must first complete meeting registration form to be able to submit an abstract by choosing the type of presentation; poster or oral. Oral presentations are scheduled to be 15 min long including discussion, the maximum poster size will be A0 (119 × 84 cm).

• All abstract have to be prepared using a template form and submitted in word format.

• The organizers will make a selection of abstracts accepted for oral presentations (while the remaining abstracts will be appointed as posters) and communicate the final decision until end-August, 2022.

• Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to be present at the conference if accepted. If an abstract must be withdrawn due to an unforeseen circumstances, please contact us.
