Ad1: To qualify for the reduced student registration fee it is mandatory to send us a letter/certificate from the university or tutor confirming your student status. PhD students are included.

All cancellations of conference registration fee and the gala dinner, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to us. Cancellations received no later than 1st August 2022 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellation received after that date will not be refunded. All refunds will be paid after the conference.
